Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Now I know it’s not very often that you see a recipe on my blog, but if you follow me on Instagram, I’m doing a lot more baking and cooking and some of these recipes I just have to share because they are so amazing!
I recently made this cake for a girls night. After searching high and low for a yummy dessert to bring, I discovered this one and decided to take a risk and go with it. I nervously brought it because we’ve all been doing our best to eat clean and this, most definitely does not fall under “eating clean.” None the less I brought it because it isn’t fall without pumpkin and who doesn’t love cake, right? Let me tell you, it went over so well my friends ditched their plates and dug in with their forks. There’s no bigger compliment in my book.
Then this past weekend I make it again for a family party we were going to, only this time I used fresh whipped cream with sprinkled cinnamon on top as a frosting instead of drizzling cream cheese frosting on top. Again, it was a hit and there wasn’t a crumb left! Even my father in love who doesn’t eat dessert ate TWO small pieces. Best Compliment Ever!!
